It is essential that these documents (plus food diary if appropriate) are completed and set back to Mulberry Cottage Baby Consultancy by 4pm on the day prior to the day of the initial consultation.
This is in order that I have an idea of your child’s particular sleep problem and your family circumstances, so that we can get the most out of the initial consultation appointment.
If you are having any difficulty completing or sending these documents back to the office, please let me know. If you fail to send the documents back by the required deadline then the £70.00 cancellation charge will be applied and the initial appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Although there can be some flexibility regarding the duration of both the Best Start package and Sleep Standard package, both packages will last no longer that 8 weeks from the date of the initial appointment.
The four post consultation email support contacts need to be used within the 8 weeks of the duration of the package.
One off top-up appointment (by phone or email)
This can only be booked within six months of the completion of the original sleep package.
Sleep Packages – payment should be made via the Buy Packages page of the website, at the same time as the Sleep Diary, Parent Questionnaire and food diary (if appropriate) are sent to the office, prior to the initial consultation.
Breastfeeding support appointments – payment should be made via the Buy Packages page of the website prior to the consultation or by cash at the time of consultation.
it is unlikely that we will be able to refill your appointment if you have to cancel your appointment at short notice.
Therefore, the following charges will apply:

Cancellation of appointment within 48 hours will incur a £70.00 charge
During our appointment I will be documenting details of our conversation. This information will be stored by me securely and I do not keep computerised records. It is very important that I am provided with full details of the sleep or breastfeeding problem, with details of any medical history or medication, as this may affect your child’s care plan.
